Clemence founded Magenta to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of communications interventions in support of social impact. Clemence has dedicated her career thus far to work in countries affected by conflict across the Middle East, Asia and Africa, where she has designed, led and delivered impactful behavioural change communications interventions in support of development objectives. A seasoned facilitator, Clemence advises and support governments and international institutions in devising effective behavioural change programming. 

She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a concentration in Conflict and Development Studies from Sciences Po Lille. Clemence is a regular speaker at events, conferences and round tables on the power of Social and Behavioural Change Communications. She speaks native French as well as conversational Spanish and basic Farsi.
