Laith sayed ahmad, program manager
A research specialist and experienced Programme Manager, Laith worked on the Syria humanitarian response for three years with a number of Syrian NGOs and INGOs before joining Magenta. During his career, Laith worked on a wide range of research projects utilizing quantitative and qualitative approaches to identify legal, social and institutional discrimination faced by marginalized populations. He brings with him a wealth of experience in designing, implementing, and managing humanitarian and developmental interventions within crisis-afflicted areas across various sectors. Having worked on the Syrian crisis prior to joining Magenta, he also is very experienced in the remote management of teams and partners in volatile conflict areas.
Laith has a BA of International Studies from Earlham College, IN with a focus on Globalization. He is a native Arabic speaker who also speaks English fluently and a basic level of Spanish.
