Ana Cecilia Campos, SBC Programme Manager - Latin America

Ana is MAGENTA’s Programme Manager for the Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region. She is a gender and migration expert with ten years' experience designing and executing development interventions in challenging environments. Ana has worked on projects dealing with social and economic development, migration, and rule of law with UN agencies, the US Government, and CSOs, and specialises in integrating behavioural insights into development programming.

At MAGENTA, Ana plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating diverse SBC projects that drive positive change and development in the LAC region. She has desgined, developed, and implemented complex projects across the LAC region, addressing key thematic areas such as Migration (Brazil, Mexico), WASH (Paraguay, Panama), Health (Mexico), and Climate and Environment (Paraguay).

Ana holds a Master's in Poverty and Development focusing on gender and social inclusion from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS). She speaks native Spanish and fluent English.
