Juliette Blondeau, SBC Programme Officer

Juliette is a SBC Programme Officer in MAGENTA's Africa team. She designs and manages social and behavioural change programmes across an array of thematic areas, including nutrition, health, social and economic development. She has a particular interest in health and social policies, as well as in gender mainstreaming.

Juliette's previous professional experiences have been focused on project design and implementation for the Government of France, NGOs and consulting firms. She also co-drafted the OECD's guidebook on the ethics of using behavioural sciences in public policies.

Juliette holds a master's in Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris, specialising in social policies and behavioural insights, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Islamic Theology from King's College London.

She speaks fluent English and French, as well as basic Arabic and intermediate Spanish.
