What We Did

MAGENTA led a participatory process to develop a year-long communications strategy to support the Network to reach their objectives. Key activities include:

  • We developed a communications strategy for the Network

  • We delivered a communications and advocacy training

  • We delivered a photography training

  • We developed x2 promotional videos

  • We developed a mix of marketing collaterals

  • We supported the development and implementation of three advocacy strategies

Our Communications Insight

  • To effectively reach, engage and gain trust with the communities, civil society organisations, donors and the Government of Jordan, it was essential to ensure that the social media channels and messaging is tailor-made to the target audience

  • In order to build trust, reputation and recognition amongst the target audiences and ensure that the Network become the go-to for mediation, our approach focused on developing high quality content, re-vamping social media pages and optimising the content based on the platform, and providing communications and advocacy training.
