Cecilia Suarnet, SBC Programme Manager

Cecilia is SBC Programme Manager at MAGENTA. She leads and supports the delivery of complex Social and Behavioural Change (SBC) programmes, working closely with clients and partners to ensure strategic design, high-quality implementation and strong collaboration.

Cecilia is an experienced international development professional with over 10 years of experience, working across Africa and the Middle East. She brings strong expertise in various sectors, including child protection, peacebuilding, gender equality and social norms change. She has extensive experience managing multi-country and multi-stakeholder programmes, leading multidisciplinary teams, and supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning in both humanitarian and development contexts. She has worked with UNICEF and international NGOs at country, regional and headquarters levels.

Cecilia holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence and a Master’s degree in Development Economics and International Project Management from University Paris-Est Créteil. She speaks French, English and Spanish.
