Doris Lam, Programme Manager

Doris is a programme manager in the Asia team at MAGENTA. She designs and manages social behaviour change programmes to support work across a variety of thematics, specifically in protection, gender, anti-corruption, and inclusion. She has a keen interest in gender mainstreaming, international development law, and protection issues in fragile contexts.

Doris brings experience working closely with the Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action and has also developed her passion for tackling social development issues through working at various local and international NGOs in Canada & South Korea. She continues to develop her expertise at MAGENTA to support social and behaviour change campaigns across Asia.

Doris holds a Post Graduate Certificate in International Development from Centennial College, as well as a Bachelor's in Cognitive Science of Language & Global Studies from McMaster University. She speaks fluent English and Cantonese Chinese, as well as basic Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and Korean.
