Economic Development, Livelihood, and Education

At MAGENTA, we work alongside local partners to design solutions that create pathways to sustainable livelihoods enhance financial access across communities. Our approach ensures that individuals, families, and communities are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to make informed decisions and build a more prosperous future. We believe that true empowerment starts early. That’s why we prioritise investing in quality, accessible education from childhood, laying the foundation for lifelong opportunities and economic resilience.

We’ve applied social and behavioral change principles across a range of educational initiatives—from supporting the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority to encourage positive ECD practices among parents, to developing and launching a campaign in Iraq that promotes girls’ enrollment in school. Moving into adulthood, we turn our attention to other challenges, such as safeguarding women’s involvement in the Jordanian workforce and understanding the economic opportunities for returnees in Afghanistan. Through our work, we help create environments where people are leading safe, fulfilling, and self-determined lives.
