Elsa Roucaud, Marketing and Business Development Intern

Elsa is MAGENTA's Marketing and Business Development Intern, supporting our marketing strategy and business development efforts across our regional teams.

Elsa’s background is rooted in international humanitarian action, human rights research and NGO program management, with a strong focus on community-led development. With nearly four years of experience in project coordination and non-profit administration, she has applied her skills in human rights advocacy, human resources, event management and communication. She has lived in Spain, USA, Mozambique, the Netherlands, Ireland and Jordan.

Elsa is currently pursuing an MSc in International Humanitarian Action through the NOHA+ Erasmus Mundus programme with a specialization in localization and refugee protection. She holds a BA in Global Studies from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, through which she did an exchange semester in Boston College. She is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Catalan.
