Hope Naewu, Finance & Operations Associate

Hope is MAGENTA’s Finance & Operations Associate for Africa. She is a financial management and programme delivery professional with experience supporting development initiatives across impact-driven settings.
She is dedicated to strengthening financial integrity and improving programme effectiveness through structured budgeting, compliance oversight and efficient resource coordination.

At MAGENTA, Hope leads financial and operational oversight for projects across Africa, managing budgeting, reporting and resource planning to promote accountability, efficiency and sustainable impact.
She brings experience in financial analysis, budget monitoring, compliance review and process improvement, with a strong ability to align financial systems with programme priorities.

Hope holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Engineering from Strathmore University.
She speaks fluent English and Swahili, and conversational French.
