Ivy Shen is a strategic communications professional with over twelve years of experience in research, policy, and strategic communications. Her background includes eight years on the ground in Iraq and Somalia, delivering behaviour change programmes, disinformation research, and communications strategies and advisory for government clients and institutional donors in complex and politically sensitive contexts. She has led nationwide communications programmes and research initiatives that translate behavioural insights into measurable strategic outcomes, bringing both analytical rigour and field-tested delivery experience in demanding operating environments.

Ivy holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from American University in Washington, DC. She speaks basic Arabic.
