In Jordan’s complex political and regional context, effective strategic communication is essential for sustaining public trust and social cohesion. However, the Government of Jordan’s (GoJ) communication has remained fragmented and reactive. Strengthening coordination and professional capacity across ministries is critical to delivering unified, transparent, and citizen-focused messaging that supports reform, stability, and democratic governance.

Trained over 90 senior and mid-level officials
Delivered a fully operational media briefing room at the Prime Ministry
Facilitated a high-level networking event for Women in Media on International Women’s Day for senior and mid-level female government communicators and US Embassy officials.
The capacity strengthening programme achieved a 17% average skills increase among participants and fostered greater transparency, public trust, and institutional coordination—laying the foundation for more responsive and inclusive governance across ministries.
