Sara Snoussi, Magenta Associate

Sara is the Strategic Communications Associate at MAGENTA and a Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) consultant with over ten years of experience in the development sector. Her expertise lies in designing and applying communication strategies that drive behavioural shifts, enhance programme visibility, and support inclusive policy and social outcomes. She brings a deep understanding of context-driven storytelling, audience segmentation, and message framing to influence attitudes and practices across diverse communities.

Sara has led interventions with major international organisations, including UNDP, UN Women, and other UN agencies, across the  regions. Her technical focus spans youth inclusion, entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and the green economy—integrating innovation and locally informed approaches to promote civic participation and sustainable livelihoods.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from North Carolina State University and Duke University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Mediterranean School of Business (MSB). Sara combines her strategic communication expertise with behavioural insights to support evidence-based programming and long-term development impact.
