Kate Hibert, SBC Intern

Kate is a Social and Behavioral Change Intern on the MENA team at MAGENTA, supporting projects from proposal and research stages through implementation and evaluation.

With four years of experience in nonprofit operations, fundraising, and data analysis, Kate brings strengths in project management, organizational and peer leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to MAGENTA. In her graduate research and her roles with the U.S. Department of State and the United Nations, Kate applied evidence and data to inform senior officials and support strategic decision-making. As a nonprofit board member, she supports grassroots peacebuilding efforts to foster inclusive group cultures. She has lived and worked in multicultural communities across various regions of the United States and in France, Argentina, and Jordan.

Kate holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s in World Languages from Grace College in Indiana. She speaks English, Arabic, French, and Spanish.
